Ground Work: Giving young athletes a head start

We’re asking for your help to make quality mental health education available to the athletes of the future.

Our aim is ensure that all young people who hold an elite sporting dream are mentally prepared for the journey required to reach their dream, the tough world of elite sport, and the ultimate process of transition (whether they reach their goals or not).

Our Ground Work education program will teach our young athletes, and their parents, the tools required to maintain sound mental health and prevent burn out, no matter how long or short their sporting journey may be.

At the dinner, we will be raising funds to roll out our workshops to schools, academies and clubs throughout Australia.
