Bradley Donohue, Ph.D., is a psychology professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and director of The Optimum Performance Program. His current professional focus concerns the development, evaluation, and dissemination of family-supported performance interventions to assist goal achievement in populations with specialized skill sets (e.g., athletes) and disadvantaged populations. Dr. Donahue has directed projects funded by the National Institute on Drug Abuse, the National Institute of Mental Health, and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
Dr. Donohue is a developer of Family Behavior Therapy (FBT) and its adaptation to sport culture (i.e., The Optimum Performance Program in Sports), an evidence-based treatment listed in national clearinghouses and internationally presented in keynote presentations.
